Valerie is living proof of what the Drive community can do—not just for your fitness, but for your mindset, confidence, and life. With a degree in Psychology from Middlesex Community College and a Group Fitness certification through ACE, she brings both mental strength and physical energy to every class she leads.
Her journey started as a member, which makes her perspective as a coach even more powerful. She knows firsthand how life-changing this space can be, and now she’s committed to giving that same experience back. Helping people achieve what they once thought impossible, physically and mentally, is what drives her every day.
Valerie’s favorite class to coach and take is Phase. It’s intense, it’s challenging, and it’s a true test of mental grit—just the way she likes it. Outside the gym, she’s all about the outdoors, hiking and camping with her two huskies. She recently crushed her first Spartan Trifecta and has no plans of slowing down.
