Stephanie brings warmth, balance, and energy to every class she leads at Drive. With a B.A. from the University of Florida and certifications through NASM and Balanced Body, she blends science-backed fitness with a passion for sustainable movement.
Her credentials include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and Balanced Body Reformer 1.
Stephanie believes fitness should be something you enjoy and want to keep coming back to. Raised by active parents, she learned early on the importance of movement and health, something she now carries into her own parenting. Life is the ultimate marathon, and fitness is what helps her stay strong for the long run.
What she loves most about Drive is the community. Watching members grow in strength and confidence is what inspires her most. The support, the encouragement, and the shared wins make every day meaningful, and being part of someone’s health journey is an honor she doesn’t take lightly.
Outside of the gym, Stephanie loves beach days, hiking, reading, and making art, often coloring and sketching with her kids. Her family and their “miniature zoo” of pets are her favorite way to recharge.

Least favorite exercise: Push-ups (planks are more her style)
