Sandra is a powerhouse of strength, strategy, and support who brings it all to every session she leads at Drive. With a B.Sc. in Movement Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), she’s built her foundation on understanding the human body, how it moves, and how to help others move with purpose and power.

Her commitment to growth doesn’t stop there. Sandra holds a full-time certification in Nutrition and Exercise from Kristiania University of Applied Science and brings a wide range of expertise to the table, including Emergency Medical Responder training from the New Hampshire Fire Academy, Open Water Scuba certification through SDI, and Level I Riding Instructor certification from the Norwegian Horse Center Foundation.

What drives her is seeing people break through barriers and achieve what once felt impossible. For Sandra, it’s not just about physical progress. It’s about watching someone evolve into the version of themselves they never thought they could be.

Outside the gym, Sandra’s passions include powerlifting, bodybuilding, horseback riding, skiing, drawing, and gaming.
