Meet Skyla! A powerhouse of positivity, purpose, and strength. With an Associate’s in Exercise Science from Manchester Community College and a B.S. in Health Education & Promotion from Plymouth State University, Skyla blends brains with heart in everything she does.
Certified through ACE as a Personal Trainer, and holding credentials in NASM Nutrition Coaching and Intrinsic Solutions Health Coaching, she’s all about helping others become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves, inside and out.
Skyla’s fire is fueled by growth. Every day is a new chance to overcome challenges, evolve, and make someone’s day a little brighter. Whether it’s helping a client fine-tune their form, shift their mindset, or just crack a smile during a tough session, she’s there with unwavering support and contagious energy.
Outside the gym, you’ll find her hiking New England trails, hitting concerts, playing basketball, cooking up something delicious, or laughing through a stand-up set.
Her favorite Drive class to teach? C2S—it’s high-energy, fun, and totally her vibe.
Least favorite move? Mountain climbers. (“Seriously, I’ll take burpees instead!”)
