Lauren P.

Fit Leader

Lauren brings purpose, heart, and drive to everything she does—on and off the training floor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Health, both from Boston University, combining her deep understanding of human behavior with a passion for wellness and performance.

Certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, Lauren also holds certifications as an Indoor Cycling Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, a Barre Instructor through Total Barre, and as a Certified Health Education Specialist through NCHEC.

At Drive, Lauren is all about progress. Whether it’s showing up for class when every excuse says not to, or pushing through one more rep when it feels impossible, she finds inspiration in those small, powerful wins. What fuels her most is watching clients realize just how far they’ve come—and using that momentum to keep moving forward.

Her favorite class to teach and take is Shred for its perfect mix of strength and cardio. Outside the gym, Lauren loves reading, traveling, and diving into DIY home projects. She’s also an active volunteer with the Tedy’s Team Foundation, supporting heart and stroke survivors. As a congenital heart disease survivor herself, she’s completed six major marathons with the team, using her journey to uplift others.
